After verification, we will be able to validate you as a course judge if you wish.
Before granting this role, candidates are required to organize a test Challenge.
This is not an exam.
It ensures that the Wheel Archery spirit — fairness, safety, and clarity — is respected.
Become a Judge
To become a judge, you simply need to organize a small test Challenge on your course.
The Challenge must include at least 3 players, all registered on the website. During the session, you supervise the runs, record the scores, and make sure the rules and safety guidelines are respected.
Wheel Archery is played individually, but the organization is based on teamwork: while one player completes their run, the others help count the points and collect the arrows. Everyone takes turns helping so the session remains smooth, fair, and enjoyable.
Once the Challenge is completed, send us:
the list of participants
the date and location of the Challenge
a summary of the scores
a few clear photos of the score sheets or a score summary table
confirmation that you have read and accepted the rules
A simple Google Drive link or similar is perfectly fine.
After verification, if everything is correct, your scores can be validated, your judge role activated, and your course officially recognized.
After Validation
If the Challenge is approved:
the scores are published
your Score Guardian role is activated
your Field officially appears on the website
additional features are unlocked on your account
As a validated Score Guardian, you gain:

full autonomy to record and manage scores
the ability to validate challenges organized on your Field
access to belt and level registration
