Would you like to become a Wheel Archery Field Coordinator or a Score Guardian?

To officially open a Field, you must first become a Score Guardian.

Each Score Guardian must be attached to a declared Field.
(It is possible to change your Field later.)

A Field Coordinator is a Score Guardian responsible for an active Field.

Before granting this role, candidates are required to organize a test Challenge.

This is not an exam.
It ensures that the Wheel Archery spirit — fairness, safety, and clarity — is respected.

1️⃣ Organizing a Test Challenge

👥 Participants

Minimum of 3 players
• All players and the candidate must be registered on the website

🏁 Challenge Setup

You organize the session on your Field.

You act as the Score Guardian:

supervising attempts
• recording and validating scores
• ensuring the rules are respected

🤝 Team Spirit & Rotation Principle

Wheel Archery is an individual game in performance,
but it is organized in a team spirit.

During a Challenge:

while one player performs their run,
• the other players count the points and collect the arrows.

After completing their run, each player must in turn:

count points
• collect arrows
• contribute to the smooth flow of the session

This shared responsibility ensures fairness, efficiency, and mutual respect.

🛡 Safety

Safety is a fundamental requirement.

clearly defined shooting area
• respect of distances and shooting rules
• no shooting without Score Guardian authorization
• constant attention during the session

A Challenge cannot be validated if safety rules are not respected.

2️⃣ Commitment to the Rules

Before organizing the Challenge:

the candidate must have read and understood the official rules
• they commit to applying them during the session

When submitting the validation request, the candidate confirms having read and accepted the rules.

3️⃣ Score Review & Validation

After the Challenge:

you submit the required elements for verification
• a Wheel Archery administrator reviews the request

If organization, safety, and results are compliant:

scores are validated
• results may be published
• your Score Guardian role is activated
• your Field becomes officially recognized

The goal is not to penalize, but to ensure reliable and fair results.

4️⃣ Required Elements for Validation

Please provide:

a clear list of participants
• score verification elements such as:
– photos of score sheets
– summary tables
– any clear and readable support

Photos only need to be clear and understandable.
Professional equipment is not required.

5️⃣ Submit Your Application

Once the Challenge is completed, you may submit your request including:

your user ID or email
• the user IDs of participating players
• the date and location of the Challenge
• a score summary
• verification elements (photos or shared link)
• confirmation that you have read and accepted the rules

Tip:
A Google Drive (or similar) shared link is perfectly acceptable.

6️⃣ After Validation

If the Challenge is approved:

the scores are published

your Score Guardian role is activated

your Field officially appears on the website

additional features are unlocked on your account

As a validated Score Guardian, you gain:

access to the official Wheel Archery score calculator

full autonomy to record and manage scores

the ability to validate challenges organized on your Field

access to belt and level registration

Your account evolves to allow you to organize sessions independently while respecting the official framework.
