ARCHERYWHEEL Website
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GTC”) define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the ArcheryWheel website (hereinafter “the Site”).
The Site aims to:
present the sport of ArcheryWheel;
disseminate rules, recommendations, and general information;
promote the activities of the ArcheryWheel France association.
The Site does not constitute, under any circumstances, a sports coaching, training, or supervision service.
Article 2 – Acceptance of the GTC
Accessing and using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Anyone who does not agree to these terms must refrain from using the Site.
Article 3 – Nature of the Information Provided
The information provided on the Site is for informational purposes only.
It does not constitute:
personalized advice,
mandatory instruction,
a guarantee of safety,
or authorization to practice.
The user remains solely responsible for their use of the information provided.
Article 4 – ArcheryWheel Practice
4.1 Free and Unsupervised Practice
ArcheryWheel is an activity that is:
free,
voluntary,
unsupervised,
practiced under the sole responsibility of the participant.
Neither the Site, nor the ArcheryWheel France association, nor the creators of the sport, nor the owners or operators of the fields provide supervision, monitoring, or control.
4.2 Risky Activity
The practice of ArcheryWheel, including archery, movement on wheeled vehicles or on foot, involves inherent risks, including:
personal injuries,
falls,
impacts,
property damage.
The user acknowledges being aware of these risks and fully accepts them.
Article 5 – User Responsibility
Each user declares:
being physically fit to participate in the sport;
having personal liability insurance;
and, ideally, individual accident insurance.
The user participates at their own risk and remains solely responsible for:
their actions,
their equipment,
their behavior,
and the people they accompany.
Article 6 – Association’s Disclaimer
ArcheryWheel France disclaims all liability in the event of:
accidents,
injury,
personal injury or property damage,
or any other harm,
occurring during the practice of ArcheryWheel, whether on private, public, rented, or other available land.
Article 7 – Liability of Sites and Operators
The sites where practice may take place may belong to third parties or be operated by independent companies.
The owners and operators of these sites, including EI DESCAMPS THIERRY, assume no obligation of supervision, safety, or coaching.
They cannot be held liable for:
user behavior,
accidents related to misuse of the site,
failure to comply with safety rules,
or inappropriate practice.
Article 8 – General Exclusion of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the following are excluded from all liability:
ArcheryWheel France;
Its officers, members, and volunteers;
The creators of the sport;
The owners and operators of the fields;
The website publisher.
No action, claim, or legal proceedings may be brought against them for any events arising from the free practice of the sport.
Article 9 – User Conduct
All users agree to:
respect safety rules;
adopt prudent and responsible behavior;
not endanger others;
respect the regulations of the fields used.
Any dangerous, illegal, or behavior contrary to the spirit of the sport is the sole responsibility of the person who committed it.
Article 10 – Minors
Participation by minors is the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
The Site does not perform any age verification and disclaims all liability in the event of unauthorized use by a minor.
Article 11 – Site Access
Access to the Site is free.
The publisher reserves the right:
to suspend or modify the Site,
without prior notice,
without compensation.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
The name ArcheryWheel, the content, texts, logos, rules, and concepts published on the Site are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district where the registered office of ArcheryWheel France is located.
Article 16 –The ArcheryWheel ranking system, rules of play, and disciplines are an original and protected creation. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
